General Refund Policy
1. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your classes, please notify your teacher within 30 days to receive a refund for any unused classes.
2. After 30 days, you may still receive a 70% refund for any unused classes.
Class Cancelation
1. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
2. Cancellations made with short notice will be charged the full class fee.
3. Exceptions include emergencies such as natural disasters, power outages, illness, or funerals.
Tardiness Policy
1. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be marked as absent, and the class will be considered completed.
2. After 15 minutes, you will not be allowed to enter the class.
Course Expiration
All courses have a validity period. Once expired, classes cannot be booked until you pay a $10 extension fee.
Referral Student Benefits (First Purchase Only)
1. Enjoy a 60-day refund guarantee. From day 61 onward, only 70% of the value of unused classes is refundable.

Other Issues
1. Before purchasing, please discuss your needs with the teacher. By making a purchase, you agree to all terms listed in this policy.
2. If a teacher misses a class without notice or explanation, you will receive a free makeup class, unless due to an emergency.
3. If either the student or teacher cannot complete the course due to emergencies or other issues, a full refund will be issued for all remaining classes.
4. Refer a friend who purchases 20+ classes and receive a bonus. (Bonus details may vary by month based on current promotions.)
5. If you cancel or reschedule more than 50% of your reserved classes, the teacher may cancel the rest of your course, and a 70% refund will be issued for the remaining classes.
6. New students receive 10 free customized audio recordings.
7. Each customized class audio recording costs $2.
8. A trial class includes one free customized recording.
